Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsored Inspire Internship Science Camp was held from 19/10/2015 to 23/10/2015 at P.V.K.N. Govt. College, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. First, we are very much Thankful to the authorities of DST for sanctioning this programme to our college for the first time in Chittoor city.

After receiving the sanction letter from the DST, wide publicity about the programme was given through the newspapers and local cable television operators. A team of five faculty members along with Dr. Giribabu the programme coordinator of our college visited all Govt. Junior Colleges in Chittoor city. In each college, we assembled XI class students with 9.2 and above GPA in their X class to bring awareness among them about the DST sponsored Inspire Internship Programme. We also interacted with the management of all junior colleges about this programme so that they can motivate their students to participate in this programme. We have also supplied the online application in the DST format to all the eligible candidates of various Junior Colleges.
